First Thing First, I Need To Exercise Today 1/13/08

Ugh, I am feeling a bit like a sloth! I have not been exercising like I should and I can tell in my very short tempered, anxious mind. I need to get on the elliptical and go to town, maybe lift afterwards. It is amazing that just 15 years ago I was in tip top shape playing Division I ball in college...

Depression… Obesity… Type 2 Diabetes. It sounds like almost one third of every patient I have ever seen. Now the kicker… mostly women. Middle aged women are more at risk for all 3 before mentioned ailments. We need to do something now and stop this cyclical pattern!
